Terrible fit
Sound is tinny and no bass as fot is atrocious plus they fall out

Love my Jabra 75t elite earbuds. They drown out the outside noise when listening to music or listening to a movie. Easy to use when receiving an incoming call.

Absolutely ludicrously unacceptable
I own jabra elite 8 active gen 2 earbuds. They were expensive and the quality was great; I liked them. Then I installed this app to control them. While I was setting my preferences, I learned that you are either fired to leave their "voice assistant" enabled, or, if you opt to disable it, you are forced to install Spotify so they can force you to enable something called "spotify tap" - at this point I completely removed the app out of disgust. This is absurdly, belligerently unacceptable - I spent hundreds of dollars on these headphones and the manufacturer is literally holding advertised functionality hostage unless I agree to let their "voice assistant" run constantly to farm telemetry/advertising data from me. This is revolting. I will absolutely never again in my life even think about touching another Jabra product.

I purchased the Jabra 8s and over the past two years they needed to be replaced because of a connection failure. I will never purchase another pair again.

I’ve owned my Jabra’s for over 5 years now and they are still going strong. Amazing sound and ergonomics for any sporting activity or otherwise. Fit so nicely in my ears. Love the app as well.

My headset connects with the phone over Bluetooth, but the app doesn’t understand that it’s already paired
Once in a while it recognizes that the headset is paired , but then the next time you open the app it forget it again

The headset itself constantly drops the connection with the iPhone also , while I’m in the middle of a call the headset drops the connection and then I have to turn it off and back on for the Bluetooth connection to be reestablished
No changes to the Internet changes to the distance between the headset and the iPhone , it’s just completely random
