Hearing aids

Terrible purchase. Aids will not stay in my ear even after all the tutorials and earbud changes, constant repetition of conversations, no change in volume from 3-10, constant echo.

$700 earphones and stopped Support

Paid over $700 for these earphones and they stopped supporting them. We’re supposed to create usability on android phones.???

Terrible Company - ZERO STARS!

Used these hearing aids for a few months after paying close to $800 for them. Then they stopped pairing with iOS. Recently, I saw the app stated that it works with iOS 18. Reloaded app. Reset the aids. Wasted another 2 hours trying to figure how to relink them. No luck.
Tried getting information online. Nothing. Tried getting phone number for tech support. No Tech Support. Called customer support, and phone transfers to a nice young lady in India offering a discount on new products. She explains their customer support is down.
This company stole $800 from me. Never again will I buy any jabra junk again!!!
