Garbage App!
Unstable and screws me out of using it WAY TOO OFTEN!

The app is nonresponsive all the time… Such a headache. The “validation” email for your profile never sends. This app is a constant frustration compared to other similar eatery apps!!!

Needs an update. Can’t sign in. Please fix ASAP. Love this app.

I love this app! Epoxy is super easy to use and offers so many great features that make it really easy to locate, review and use rewards at a ton of businesses. The newest version is amazing and is even easier to navigate than before. Highly recommend!
You have to register even when you use Facebook
So why can I login with Facebook but can't write a review unless I register an account with my email? Other apps allow you just to use Facebook or other social media accounts. Why even give you an option to login with Facebook then. This is just bad design, I basically wasted time and registered twice. If you just warned me you can't do this or that by login with Facebook I would of just registered the first time.

Looks like a nice app, but I could not find 1 store on the program. Guess no gift cards for me.
Total rip off
Bought Someone a gift card. He never got it.
Email receipt says I bought it for myself. No I didn't.

Not working
I signed up but never received the email to confirm my sign up. I have tried 3 times but no email. Please fix so I can use this app at the 3 resturants I frequent.
Signup doesn't work
Facebook integration isn't specific about the information they are asking to take or what they are going to do with it. It also doesn't do anything after you allow it. Just stays frozen on the screen.

Sticky not problem!
I loved the app, but now I can't get the loyalty card to appear because the sticky note pops up!

Love the app except the new update 8/14/14 needs another fix. Whenever I click on my loyalty card, the sticky note pops up and won't go away so I cannot get my stamp
Convenient
Thought it was cool not having to keep all those paper punch cards but I just bought a gift card and it couldn't have been simpler!
Hesitant
Sure am hesitant to sign up for this and give them all my personal information - without knowing what businesses are involved. Nothing on the app page or the webpage. Not even some examples...

Seriously the best answer to a loyalty program for multiple businesses and way more features to add! All business owners should use Epoxy! Forget downloading multiple cards for each place. Everyone needs to go to Epoxy.
