useless time consuming
the worst printing app ever. what a 5 minute service took half an hour. i dont even know why my uni choose to use this service when id be willing to work with them for free just so other student can have a smooth experience printing their assignments
Inconvenient
I accept that it need to register/login. But also need to topup with specific minimum (rm10) which i dont need to print that much and there is no option to take the money back to my bank account. This is my first time using it but very inconvenient when it deduct the balance but the paper doesnt print out. I contact thru whatsapp, not response. Waste my time waiting for the paper. then i have to go, print at other place. 🤷♀️
