Login basics…
Does not integrate properly with iOS password manager. Remembers Face ID once and then second login requires you to set it up again. Forgets you set up the pin in previous sessions. Just getting into the app is frustrating.

Awful app and website
I log on to the site and am told that I have limited access until I have verified some details.
I phone the number given and am put on hold for ages because the agents are too busy (the website says “we’re currently experiencing high call volume”). Eventually I get through and have the same questions again and again - what details do I want to confirm?
It seems that it is because my account has not been activated. It will take 24-48 hours to do.
How to make life difficult for customers.
The whole thing of having high call volume is boring now - companies used Covid restrictions to limit staff - Covid is over - employ more people!!!
