Can’t login
Tried several times to login, my details are correct as they work online but not when trying to log in the app unfortunately
Log in problems
This app doesn’t work abroad. Took ages to initially set up. Called octopus again to set up. Still unable to log in. I’m done!!
Crashes every time
Never had a problem whilst on the old virgin app but now it keeps crashing and asking to log back in with pin.
Login Problems
Constant login problems repeatedly stopping me accessing either the app or the Internet a really bad piece of software.
Simple and easy
Easy to use app and like how it shows me how much money I’ve made in £ numbers
