Crashes every time
Never had a problem whilst on the old virgin app but now it keeps crashing and asking to log back in with pin.

Easy to use app and like how it shows me how much money I’ve made in £ numbers
Simple investment tracking
I find this latest app easy to sign in with, and gives me a neat at a glance view of my portfolio. Functionality is limited to portfolio views, money in and out, and changing investments but that’s fine for what I need.
Rubbish!
It just doesn’t work. It locks you out after one attempt to access even when your secretary details are correct.
I have not been able to access my accounts for days and there seems no way around it.

Can’t login
I have just opened an ISA but can’t login to this app using the customer ID that I was given online.
