App not working
App stopped working last week. I have not managed to unblock it with telephone help and keep receiving messages stating that there is a problem at Virgin’s end and to try later. This company was sold to Clydedalebank and is dealing with the issues around new processes. I was assured this was not a problem but the app is still not working and has not recognised payments into the account. This is becoming a shambolic service. Virgin needs to be proactive in dealing with this issue.

Yet another takeover providing poor service and closing local branches. While interest rates for savers stay low with the excuse of Bank of England rates, banks like this don’t pass on the low interest rates in their mortgages. Just take take take!
Impressive!
This app is excellent for anyone who wants to understand what position they are in and what’s affordable, but the level of detail it also allows you to quickly understand makes it unique to anything I’ve used before - search by the area you want to live in, see the fees & stamp duty and adjust the numbers to fit you. Well worth downloading
