New software update BAD idea

The new software update has no detailed instructions about the changes to interface arm band device with computer programs (Apple ipad). Customer service not informed either, we just played through it until I figures it out. + Measur. e. for Measurement does not ever fit blue box in upper right corner that is Now used to Start Measurement connections. Bad programmer with no customer service review in actual applications ! I’ve had this device for 4+ years with no problems, until today’s new update !

Everything’s good except history view.

I am satisfied with everything about the updated app except the history. Since the app wants you to do 2 blood pressure readings per sitting, going to the history list on the previous version of the app would show the average of these 2 readings. You could tap on a given average and it would show you the individual results.

The updated app shows each individual reading in your history list. Not only is the new format more difficult to read, but there is no apparent way to obtain an average without calculating it yourself. The old format did this for you as well as looking cleaner and being easier to read.

Devs: If possible please please bring back the older history format on the next update!

Why don’t you include UA 8000wm

Why don’t you include the Ua-8000 WM. Why don’t you list all the devices this app can use. Like for glucose why can I connect my libre 3 to it.

Blood Pressure Help

This app has helped me to keep better track of and monitor my blood pressure levels better and regulate it back to normal.

Stopped

My measurements stopped registering in the history. When I click on history, the 3 measurements I just took don’t show up anymore. It’s as if I didn’t use the machine or the app at all today. That makes this app completely useless because the whole point of the app is that it records the numbers for my doctor.
