8-26-26 USED TO BE A GREAT APP TO KEEP RECORDS SINCE THE UPDATES IN 2026 I’VE WORKED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES WENT THROUGH ALL THE DELETING ME APP REBOOTING CLEANING OUT THE MONITOR DELETING EVERYTHING STARTING OVER TWO OR THREE TIMES THEY REALLY RUINED A GOOD THING. Hypertension is no joke. This app gives me the ability to check my blood pressure daily so I could share the results with my health care provider to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Cannot connect with new monitor
This app will not connect to my new 6000 series BT blood pressure monitor no matter what I do.
Love it and Hate it
Easy to use but it’s never available to device lists within health apps. It’s like it only works with its on app and that pretty much isn’t great for me!

Why it need to connect each time instead of working with the phone Bluetooth and easier
An awkward interface
You have to launch the app simultaneously with the start of taking the BP -- too early or too late and the app gives up, then you have to do manual digging to mine out the readings. If the meter loses its date/time, the app (instead of validating the discrepancy between the phone's time and the meter's) stupidly accepts it as gospel, screwing up your permanent records, with no way to correct them. In general, no one made the small effort to make the app as friendly as they easily could have.

Old version was better
Prior version was better! This version requires too much interaction hard for older people to use. Old version just start the app and it synced with blood pressure machine

I use this app every day to monitor my blood pressure.
Broken
Does not connect to iPhone. Can’t set up device to transmit data via Bluetooth. Called helpline and they couldn’t resolve the problem. Was told app has been updated but not sure why it isn’t working properly now. Why release updated app before it is ready for use.
Easy use
Works good and data transfers to other devices is a plus.

Connectivity issues
I’ve spent the last forty five minutes attempting to connect this. It locates the Bp monitor, then it errors out and tries to find the monitor again. This is absolute garbage, a sixteen year old could write a better app!
