Unable to sign in
I use iPhone. I had to use an android I had laying around to create an account. (No biggie).
When attempting to login on my iPhone it gives me errors. It doesn’t matter whether I use 5G, my home wifi or my portable hotspot.
It would be so nice if someone could work in the time to fix this problem. I have two sick kids and I would appreciate being able to use the features that incited me to purchase this item in the first place.

I have followed instructions and it just will not pair especially since my Bluetooth is always on and it just no matter will not connect
Disappointed
Just wanted something easy to use and accurate. Couldn’t get it linked with blue tooth. Wouldn’t stay on so got no readings. The thermometer is junk and going back.
The server connection timed out
I am unable to sign in to the app. Error message says: The server connection timed out. (-1,001)

Hello—I’d love a single Equate health app that supports all Equate devices (thermometer, pulse oximeter, BP monitor, etc.) so my family’s readings live in one place with shared profiles. Please consider unifying your apps and adding sync to Apple Health/Google Fit. Thanks!
