Was good but is awful now
Idk what happened after an update earlier this year. It used to sync and certainly saved my readings under my profile. I had a nice long record of all my BP readings which was helpful for tracking my hypertension. The connection via Bluetooth was a problem out the box, but it would still sync albeit not seamlessly. But earlier this year, it simply became useless trash and the support team was no better. Every time I use it, I get an error message. Every time I check my profile and make changes, they don’t save. It won’t let me create a new profile account. The saving grace is that the Apple Health app still captures every BP reading I measure. That’s the only reason I haven’t tossed this device in the trash. So while I look for another option from only a small number of available manufacturers, I will keep using it and tracking through the Apple app. If you bought one of these Connected Health devices from Costco, go get your money back and save yourself the headache.

Not great
Don’t understand why can’t one record two different persons reading on the app. Even when I change to person 2 it combines the readings into one. In addition almost all the time the first test show much higher readings than consequence readings. Further more I had to call up for help to be able to synchronize with my phone. Took at least 15 minutes to complete the process.

White screen bug
After a new measurement I’m presented with a complete white screen on iPhone. I then need to exit app and reopen.
It’s good but …
I need to resync it to my iPhone periodically. It will not update to phone app otherwise.
Bad app
The old micro life app would connect to the BP machine so easily. This app is complicated and very customer unfriendly at this point of time. Hopefully customer service will respond and assist. App by itself not user-friendly.
