Bruising

When I use a device, it pumps it up so hard that it leaves bruise lines on my arms

BP

I give it to because I cannot get my reading to connect to my Bluetooth

Nightmare App / Time-wasting sync issues galore

Keeps losing the sync and it's a complete waste of time to keep trying to get it to connect to the phone. I have wasted hours trying to make this garbage work. It is elevating my blood pressure just trying to get the stupid app to connect to the stupid device with any consistency. The BP monitor itself won't allow me to clear by holding the start button for ten seconds so now I can't sync at all. I need to keep shutting off my phone and still can't get it to sync. Worst than worthless.

iPad app cannot email data

I have 11 months of data recorded into the app. The app COULD email that data 7 months ago. Now it can’t - the app crashes. Tech support says the only fix is to delete and reinstall the app, which deletes the data. So now I must manually type the date from the app’s screen into a spreadsheet on my desktop.

I bought the MicroLife blood pressure BP3GY1-2N specifically because it could email its data to the desktop. Evidently sometimes it can’t and now I must transcribe hundreds of data rows. I am not happy.

Ok for blood pressure

No instructions available for this product available. Useless for trying to enter other information.

App needs work

After every reading a white blank screen pops up and i have to force close the app and relaunch, pretty frustrating

Accurate and easy

Small easy to use and pack for travel. The app keeps a record that I can show or email to my cardiologist.

POS System

I would find another healthcare organization that does not use AI; old fashioned customer service with a US Citizen answers the phone, not some third-world twig eater. And answer the phone: “United Healthcare this is Shelia, how may I help you, Sir/ Ma’am.”

Bluetooth

Very poor connection to Bluetooth

nope

almost never actually syncs anything from cuff to app. makes it pretty useless overall.

Bluetooth rarely works

Rarely will sync to iPhone, garbage app

Using will raise bp

It is infinitely easier to manually enter bp info into a health app than it is to try and keep this app connected to and recording data from a micro life bp cuff. Save yourself the aggravation.

Great concept

Great machine & easy to use. The reason for only 4 stars is that half the time it won’t connect to the app & record the data so I spend 10 minutes trying to get it to connect & usually just give up. This part is frustrating as if it doesn’t connect here then it also doesn’t show up on my health app that I can share with my. Doctor.

Linkage

The units linkage between my blue tooth continues to drop and very few readings get connected. Frustrating.!

great app a pain to sync to phone

I have trouble every month downloading results to my phone. if the Bluetooth was easier to connect, I’d give this app a five star rating. i’m a pretty techy person so something this frustrating resulted in a 1 star review. I have very few problems with any of my other 15 Bluetooth devices that I use on my phone.

Disappointing app

I’ve installed and set up my profile multiple times. The app won’t store the data, doesn’t communicate via Bluetooth to the device. I end up tracking everything in the health app instead. This is marketed under the CVS brand no less.

Garbage

Latest update broke Bluetooth connectivity. App is a waste of time. Can't believe Walgreens devices use this poorly written garbage. Just use Apple Health and enter your readings manually.

Bluetooth connection problem

Cant connect devise to Iphone 15 pro max microlife app

Consumer

Please note that this app actually only supports blood pressure monitors in the US. This app will only work with blood pressure monitors designed for the US market. Also, if you take your US purchased blood pressure monitor out of the country, it will not be compatible with any app you can download in another country

Not fun to use

I have been using this to record blood pressure for more than several months. I still find it very difficult and frustrating to use.
