Update sucks

If you want me to log my food daily and realistically multiple times a day, stop making me sign in every time also while then needing a verification code each time! I’m over it and it’s not been 24hrs.

Love this app, but…

Please add the ability to edit SMT entries after submitting.

Please please please add easy way to add appointments to calendar.

I am just getting started with this and haven’t even had our first appointment yet for my daughter and I’m already frustrated with not being able to easily add all the necessary appointments to my iCal. This should have been top priority when creating this app.

Hide triggering content

If you are requiring patients to use the app, and are supposed to support people with co-occurring mental illness like complex trauma or OCD, you should let people hide triggering terminology such as the exclusionary identity politics language or virtue signaling on topics on the home screen. This is not “inclusive” and only “safe” for people who have not been harmed or invalidated by the dominant ideology of identity-based hierarchies. And I’m even transgender and democrat and I can say identity essentialism and sorting people based on perceived oppression points by “progressive” institutions has harmed me way more than it has ever made me feel safe. This app is only contributing to my trauma by reinforcing the ideology that traumatized me and made me suicidal, which is what caused my loss of appetite. They think they are so progressive but are marginalizing people who are already pushed out of every institution and every social space and every mental health organization. For any treatment to work, the patient needs some baseline trust that the team actually cares about them, but all I am getting is that they either support or are complicit in the frameworks and narratives that made me suicidal. The extreme ideological bias in mental healthcare leaves so many people without help, but nothing is ever done to address this because the industry standard is now exclusion and division and erasure of anyone whose experience challenges the “oppressor vs oppressed” framework.

Good but Entries Cut Off

App is good but SMT “view all entries” screen cuts off your written narrative so I can’t fully see what I’ve written in the past.
