Recovery

Amazing insight and truthfulness! Ty for this app!❤️🙏🏻

Helps recovery

I love the way recovery record has been helping me. It’s so easy to use and I’m not a Tech wizard. My Therapist and my dietician are able to input assignments for me to do. I am able to log my meals, triggers, thoughts. It shows me good coping skill I can use when I’m struggling. A great addition to any treatment program.

Keeps me on track

I don’t think any of us want to have to use this app, but it’s supportive, helpful and it keeps me connected to my treatment team. I’m grateful for it.
