I love seeing my photos, it makes me feel lighter putting it all out there. I don’t have to hide what I’m eating. It’s a weight off.
I do find logging food can be a bit lengthy. The process could be streamlined a bit more.

So far so good
Well thought out and useful so far.
Consistent and free 🥹♥️
Love this app - feels like the only app that is not trying to profit from sufferers experience
Love the App, although a few bugs
Loving the app so far. It makes communication with my clinician nice and simple. Although I’ve noticed I’m not receiving notifications despite troubleshooting it myself 🤷🏼♀️
Really good for me
Super helpful for people who are struggling with disordered eating, the logs really helped with my regularity and the questionnaires helped me track my progress. And my therapist and nutritionist can both participate and see my logs and results. The only weird thing is there are like random zoo things and puzzles that I straight up don’t understand but they are completely irrelevant to my positive review.

Having fun making healthy habits!
It actually helps to achieve habits while making it fun.
The best recovery app
This is the most thorough, user-friendly, eating disorder app out there, I love it.
RR
Very helpful and a great source of communication. God bless the owners of this company to help patients through their struggles.
Accountability
I find recording makes me more accountable. I also like the feelings section
Super helpful
Great app for individuals working on a healthy relationship with food. Having an app right on the phone with helpful questions, supports and a way to be accountable is a wonderful support and resource.
Great integrated tool
I love that you enter thoughts meals feelings behavior plus you are given emotional skills. I love that you can add photos and back log. I love that clinicians can be linked. I just started but I'm feeling very empowered.
Really amazing thank you
❤️🥺
So aggravating
This app is so aggravating to use with treatment. They make it literally impossible to log meals past midnight accurately, you are unable to take photos if it is past the time through the app and you can’t select it from your history because it will say it’s from the wrong day. It’s made it so much more difficult for me and my provider.

Excellent app for recovering ED
I just finished an ED program and was looking for an app that I could use to continue my ED logging etc.
This was suggested by my RD. It is an excellent app. Very easy to use. The app is built more or less on the CBT & DBT framework. If your clinicians use the app, you can share your data with them. I highly recommend.

Simple and straightforward
Intuitive and straightforward app that makes communication with team and logging smoother.
Good
A good app, but I think there should be test to see if you are properly anorexic
Fantastic
This app is really well done and helpful.
Recovery Record
This is an amazing app! I can’t believe how comprehensive it is. Recovering from an eating disorder is really difficult; but this app gives me hope that someday it just may happen.
Recovery
It’s really helping me
New Social Media Content
I think the new “Social Media” content is a brilliant addition. However, why is this new content only available through the “Log Meal” page? I know I don’t want to always have to scroll through the meal log questions just to get to the social media questions. If that’s the case, I’ll rarely if ever use it, which would be a shame. Please also make this new content accessible through the “Check In” menu, and customizable so we can personalize questions. (I realize we can make up our own question, it would just be nice if we were able to have these questions grouped with the proper subject instead of at the bottom.)
