No Good
0 Stars if I could. The app is broken for multiple reasons.
1: There’s a bunch of HTML coding when you open the app at the top.
2: You cannot cancel an appointment. It comes back as you need to answer the survey question.
3: Only in person appointments show up. Any video/phone appointments aren’t displayed. If you want to utilize this to schedule other appointments outside of entities that don’t utilize this app; it’s impossible to do so.
Messages sent from your provider aren’t received nor do you have the ability to send a message.
What exactly is the point of this app if you can’t utilize it efficiently and effectively?

Won't save my information!
I've tried to submit one of the forms for personal information. I input everything and then clicked save as draft, nothing happened. Then clicked submit, nothing happened. Then it kicked me out and when I went back in, all of my information was gone. Extremely frustrating!
PHI is NOT secure. App doesn’t deliver on promised features.
Several serious issues. Probably most disturbing, is the security, or lack there of, of PHI. I had full access to PHI, and everything else of another behavioral health patient at BJC through this app. I could pull her profile up, just like I was pulling up my own. I brought this to the attention of, who I thought, were the appropriate authorities, but that was in march, and as of now, nearly August, I have yet to receive an explanation for exactly how this breach happened, now information about how my PHI was effected, no letter, no phone call… nothing. Furthermore, despite the attestation with ONC, being a certified HIT, and all that entails, the app offers very minimal information. There’s no way to communicate with your provider, care team, or customer support from the app. I can’t schedule/reschedule a doctors appointment, or even view upcoming appointments, request refills, see doctors notes from appointments, lab results, basically nothing. And I would thoroughly read the privacy policy, in terms of use. Whereby they hold them selves completely unaccountable for any foreseeable or unforeseeable issue that may arise. Amongst other perturbing rights/lack of responsibilities listed. May be a review will get a response. May be a letter to HHS, would be more appropriate…
