The app is great overall... I have learned to be patient as the app seems to update and ‘jump n dump’ the Home info where you were about to click. Wait, then you have to scroll to start manipulating your accounts...

Performs as advertised
This app might be one that you didn’t know you needed. Stable performance. Has features not available to the website version which is very good. I needed help from customer service to get it activated. Took one phone call and less than 5 minutes.

It does function but at the beginning of every new year my mobile deposits are rejected or put under review. There seems to be a glitch at the same time every year that is eventually solved. One year they claimed I needed to suddenly start signing each end of the back of the check for deposit lol. Whatever it finally worked. Other than the constant barrage of corporate announcement and advertisement type messaging to the app’s inbox the rest of the texted balance updates work well. Mostly I appreciate the bank’s 0 ATM fee policy and free mobile banking. Years ago not all banks had that. Other than at the first of the year the app works fairly well

Time Stamp
It would be quite helpful if transactions were time stamped properly as to purchase date and time rather than bank posting date and time. It’s also hard to keep correct records when purchases from the same vendor are all lumped together instead

Glitches with transfers
Sometimes I have to delete and reinstall the app to get the transfer feature to work.
