One of the Best Kingdom builders (especially if you’re F2P)
I’m coming from playing Rise of Kingdoms, Vikings, game of thrones, call of dragons, age of empires mobile and the 1 tremendous win for this game is you can compete as a free to play player (F2P) I haven’t spent any money and yet am still competing in the top 10 in my kingdom. Got multiple high end legendaries from in game events. Like Charlemagne, Guan yu, and Harald fine hair. It’s got some great recommendations for line ups, and a lot design element to help you swap out heroes so you’re not wasting any effort or time it have to pay a huge sum if you mess up a little. I also like how all the civilizations are playable, and not a huge edge up so you can choose what you prefer. Well designed and I’ve been looking for a kingdom builder that doesn’t just put you way way way behind all the major spenders, making them untouchable gods as long as you have the coin for it. Give it a try and I bet if you liked other kingdom builders you’ll enjoy this one. It’s got a good mix of everything

It’s a fun game, very F2P friendly there isn’t a lot to spend money on. There ain’t a lot of “gathering” for resources. Everyone has a chance. Your “village” can’t be attacked. I gave the three stars because the events are so vague, if you don’t have a previous player on your team you won’t know what to do. There is no direction when it comes to the events. The info tab just shows rewards but no direction.

An Honest Review
Look I’ll be honest, there are micro transactions 100%. Do they help? 100%. However the way the game is setup it’s not game breaking. I’ve been playing for roughly 3 weeks and I’m in the top 5 on the power/prosperity leaderboard. I’ve spent $10 on .99¢ packs that help get resources. The real cherry on top is the longest wait time I’ve had while upgrading something is 4-5 hours and I’m already at civic center 19 (Main building) where other games you have to wait literal days. Before you even get that far. I also absolutely love how the hero’s are setup way better than rise of kingdoms. ALSO for PvE lovers there is a TON of PvE and how its setup is a 10/10 I love how PvP is setup to I’d say it’s a 9/10 only reason it’s not 10/10 is because your march doesn’t always go straight towards the enemy if your coming at them from an angle. Anyways that’s just my honest review. Thanks for reading.

Was a good game. Been waiting weeks to get into new season. Nothing from devs except staying registration has failed. It’s completed neglect of your players unacceptable really.

I will not lie and say that I do not like this game but there is nothing in it that makes it retain its player base as since the first season I will say we lost at least 50 people in are alliance that quit the game and I know of at least 100 more that also quit because they found that this game is losing its charm as people find nothing to make them want to play anymore of this game any longer and I will admit that I might quit this game if nothing changes going forward into season 3. But there is also the reason that this game feels like the company just wants are money and don’t care there they are losing there player base.

Simply Awesome
This is a breath of fresh air to 4x strategy games. If you like rise of kingdoms, you will definitely appreciate this game. It’s honestly so much fun. No waiting on resources, and having troops readily available for every encounter is so much better than waiting hours or using all your speed ups or gems just to do battle. All of the major generals you expect are there. Honestly, I didn’t have much expectation for another civilization type game, but this one wipes the floor over others. The best part is “whales” are almost nonexistent, you actually have to play to have an advantage. It’s a fantastic game.

GG But…
This game is very fun however, I can’t seem to find where all the active players are. I believe I’m on S37 which says it’s full but doesn’t feel full nor active with a lot of players. All I know as of now, the game needs WAY better server tuning.
Worst game ever!
Worst game of all times! They tell you it’s free to play then as you grow you got whales that can take a whole alliance by paying tons of money for barracks and hero’s no way don’t trust this game super massive pay to win kills the fun out of everything!
Good game Poor Knowledge Base
This game is really great and has so many interesting variables to work with to create a unique fight team. But the knowledge base is absolute trash. If you don’t know , there really isn’t documentation. The AI fails every time. This is an even larger challenge when you are stuck on server that is primarily non English speaking and no clue how to jump servers in between seasons. The Discord channel is not robust either. Do better there and think more people would join from other types of games.

It was fun until it allowed people to pay to win. Whales run the game now and it’s just not fun anymore.
My progress…
So I pre-ordered this game and played it on release day, it was my favorite game for about a month but then u stopped playing, and I just came back to day to see that most of my progress is gone, I was about 2 million power and had civic center 17 but now I have civic center 5, 200k power, and all the chapters have reset, so why did you guys basically reset the game?
