About

ErgIntz turns a Concept2 erg into a proper interval machine. Build a workout on your phone, send it to the PM5 over Bluetooth, and row it with live targets, countdowns, and spoken cues — no button-pressing on the monitor mid-piece. BUILD REAL WORKOUTS • Distance, time, and calorie intervals, with fixed or open-ended rest • Repeats and variable structures — 6×500m with 1:00 rest, pyramids, tabatas • Targets as a pace, as watts, or as a percentage of your 5 km power • Import a workout straight from a screenshot ROW WITH THE NUMBERS THAT MATTER • Live pace, power, stroke rate, and heart rate from the PM5 and your heart-rate monitor • Work and rest countdowns, with audio cues so the phone can stay on the floor • Pace or watts everywhere — your choice, applied across the whole app • Every colour graded against your 5 km best, so intensity reads at a glance KEEP EVERY SESSION • Full history with splits, laps, and per-interval averages • Personal bests per workout • A share card for the sessions worth showing CONNECTED, IF YOU WANT • An account is just an email address — no password, and the app works without one • Connect your Concept2 Logbook and every session lands there automatically — and Concept2 forwards it on to Garmin Connect and Strava • Join a club to row shared workouts and see who turned up on the boards ErgIntz works with the Concept2 Performance Monitor 5 (PM5) on RowErg, SkiErg, and BikeErg, connecting over Bluetooth. Bluetooth heart-rate monitors are supported.

What's New in ErgIntz

1.4.13

October 15, 2026

Choose how the rowing screen looks, in Settings or under ⋯ while you row. Data Dense is the screen you know. Graph shows the whole workout as blocks, and now fits every iPhone. Focus shows your power, how close you are to the target and what is left of the interval, and nothing else. A new gauge under your power shows how far your interval's average is from the target, and your power turns green while you hold it. Distance and time intervals count down. Every result opens on its own breakdown, with a comparison one tap away. A straight piece shows its splits. You can add your height, weight, country and year of birth in Settings. A Grand Prix club race can be ridden from its page, which now shows the standings. The welcome tour asks which erg you use, and a workout follows the erg you row it on. If something goes wrong during a session, the app can send a short report so it can be fixed, even when you are not signed in. You can switch this off in Settings.
