I have been using your company for years and never filed a claim. Started with $20 now I am at $60 and with this new renewal it’s one to $110. It is not Customer’s fault you guys need to fix this on your end! Paycuts, less bonuses , etc !!!!! Dont blame us for your spending ! That’s why I want your competitor :)!! Good luck

Charged126 $ for 9 days no refund
Got the insurance for nine days. Based on the ad advertised cancel at any time was in the middle of switching Insurance and wanted to stay covered. Thought they would refund me for my unused premium, but instead they charged me six dollars more bringing my total up to $127 for 9 days of insurance.

Waste of time if you’re a landlord
1st question asked what do I do. I answered lessor of commercial property. It then gathered all of my information and continued to fill the form. Then after 15 minutes of wasted time, told me they don’t do commercial lease insurance.
