Waste of time if you’re a landlord
1st question asked what do I do. I answered lessor of commercial property. It then gathered all of my information and continued to fill the form. Then after 15 minutes of wasted time, told me they don’t do commercial lease insurance.

As a home inspector in Orlando I have new builders asking for insurance documents and it is so easy from the palm of your hand. In like 3 minutes you can send your information.
Cyber fraud
I was cyber security hacked and my commercial gl was canceled for nothing and I had to reinstate payment was not couple days late for new card information and my claim advocate closed claim for ecommerce business for not having a commercial business insurance policy there is no other commercial coverage except what I have there for you have claims reps that are not adjusting or they are 3 rd party fake .

All rarely works.
I like NEXT but the app doesn’t work. Long animations waste time. Final animation gets stuck. App permanently says “you’re all set” after trying to login and verifying security code and doesn’t change. Can’t use the app - have to go back to website to use. Obviously a catastrophic app error. Latest version being used.
