Some improvements if possible

For the most part I like the app.My electric car starts as soon as I sit in it in the garage. I listen to audio books and sometimes have to use my phone to set up my book. In park in the garage Erie App counts that as “ phone usage” ?! Also sitting in park in a parking lot if I make a phone call . Still getting good scores but trying for better .
