Unacceptable down time

The app has been stuck in an error state and unable to load any of my policies for over a week. This is unacceptable for any application.

Okay, but…

Seriously. It is 2026. Why in the world is there no option to add an Insurance ID card to my Apple Wallet on my iPhone??? If I can do it with airline tickets, hockey tickets, my motorcycle policy, rewards cards and more, then surely this can’t be some insurmountable hurdle that Erie can’t figure out! Erie, I like you guys but get with the program!
