If you’re looking for a really easy way to take time away from your phone, especially the more addictive apps, then this is the one to download. It has really changed my habits and I recommend to anyone, particularly any parents who want to demonstrate healthy social media behaviour / phone use to their kids.

Why only 3 sessions

I loved it until I realised that I could only have 3 study sessions a week I wish you would use adds instead of limiting the sessions please notifi me if anything changes because I would love to use this app but for now I am going to look for alternative
