Confusing

Have tried multiple times to use. Added to wallet. Selected plans. Never successful in actually getting data. Obviously user error but should be more straight forward. Pick data. Buy. Install.

Excellent support

First time customer. I had trouble with installing the eSIM. Got on to the Chatline. She guided me through the steps and got it working quickly. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Lower rates? I don’t think so!

With this latest update, eSIM claims the rates have been reduced. The one country I’m interested in has gone up in price by more than 7X though—what was $24 for 10 GB is now $160! I will agree that eSIM provides a good quality product. The new price though is nothing short of extortionate!

Will use for all my eSIM needs!!

We used this application and purchased a global eSIM for our recent trip to Sint Maarten at it worked flawlessly! We had coverage in both the US and in Sint Maarten. Was great for being connected off the resort. Will definitely use in the future for all my travelling eSIM needs. 👍

Tricky to install

Esim installation should be hassle free! It wasn’t but there were couple of mistakes which I was making and mobile service page was not showing up ‘add esim’ for some unexplained reason. Anyways had to buy physical and use its hotspot to sort out the issue with whatsapp customer care team member who was very helpful and quick in sorting out and activating the esim. I think some videos on how to activate it will help indeed. Also prices need to be more competitive perhaps. Lets see how network range and speed is. Hopefully should suffice for my 10days stay in KSA.

10/10 Product & Customer Service

Their customer service was amazing! They listened to my concerns, helped quickly, and made me feel valued. Their eSIMs work perfectly, with no issues at all. I’ll definitely come back because of how great they were!

Unlimited Data plans are capped

The unlimited data plans are capped at 1-3GB of high speed data per day. This is not clear on the comparison pages. I spoke to their (very responsive customer service team) who pointed me towards an additional information section where this information is burried. I chose this company/plan for an unlimited data option and feel I have been misold to. Their policy is once the plan is activated you have to purchase another if it turns out not to be as described. Pretty poor.

Very impressed

A friend in NZ recommended this app and eSIM card and I can’t praise them enough. Very helpful via WhatsApp 24/7 with installing and general enquiries. Worked in Switzerland and Germany without any glitches. Love it and highly recommend this eSIM.
