This service does not work, and there is zero customer support. I’m going to report it to my credit card company as fraud.

Scam!

I used this app on a two week trip, what said it should’ve been only a $9 charge ended up being over $30. On top of that, with absolutely no mention of this app being subscription based, they charged me a monthly charge when the app is uninstalled and hasn’t been used for two weeks. I hope the developers understand that this is not okay to do to people and it will come back negatively on you.

They charge your card without authorization

Don’t use this they charge your cars without authorization! I’m having to file a complaint with my credit card company. I’m leaving Spain and they charged my card again without authorization for minutes I won’t use.

This company will continue to charge you for the service even if you selected the 1-week plan at sign up. They try to be slick, too--this purchase doesn't show up in my App Store purchases or subscriptions, when you try to click on Customer Support from the app it leads nowhere, and they certainly are not sending email...they want to make it difficult for you to find and cancel the recurring charge--snake business-do NOT RECOMMEND spotty service otherwise in the DR

Keep getting charged.

Keep getting charged for eSIM I no longer need. App support does not work. No way to reach these guys for refunds. Use an alternative app

Amazing customer service

I purchased this app but it wouldn’t work on my phone while in Asia, probably a T-Mobile issue. I was refunded the charge promptly. Really great customer service. Thank you

If you have an iPhone 14 don’t waste your money

I bought an eSIM because I got this app through the Apple website, tried to install it on my phone and it says it doesn’t work on this iPhone. Makes no sense and they should check compatibility before allowing you to purchase the eSIM. Waste of money

It’s so amazing to have an option like this to be able to use it in places that your phone is not working. It was so good to be able to get eSIM. In Puerto Rico, no matter how high the mountain was I had full service. Thank you so much for the opportunity of using this.
