I had a bad experience with eSim Plus. The number I bought could receive calls, but it couldn’t receive SMS, which made it useless for WhatsApp verification. When I contacted support, they refused a refund or replacement, saying I had already “used” it just by testing it. The agents weren’t helpful or consistent, and no real solution was offered. Overall, disappointing service and not worth it.

I don’t recommend this app at all

They force you to purchase subscription without try the application. Also after the purchase, it won’t let you to purchase the number it keep telling you you you have to by more credit. Usually I don’t add the review but this app even not worth it to download.

Je voudrais récupérer mon argent

Super déçu il m’ont prélevé 10€ alors que je ne peu même pas avoir la ESIM après avoir prélevé il me demande une vérification il me dise que l’adresse de mon passeport dois être le même que le pays où je suis ben justement si je prend une ESIM c’est justement que je ne suis pas dans mon pays et je ne peux pas avoir d’adresse si je suis en vacances je veux juste récupérer mes 10€ svp merci

Zero support from the customer service team. Number doesn’t work steer away from!!

Purchased the number. Contacted customer service team - no help. No help for a week. They refuse to refund regardless the fact that their service in not working. Scammers.

If the number you purchase stays in the app everything you do still stays the app still you have to used internet to connect the app still using your internet in making calls in app what’s the user of an eSIM can’t on your cellular data
