Sloppy, unprofessional company with zero Customer Service options
This app was recommended to me by a tour leader for a group tour through Africa. Even though I bought a pretty good package, it has now been four days and I STILL can not get the SIM to activate on my phone. My biggest problem, however, is that whenever I use the chat, help option, no one is ever available. Meaning: chat is always “closed”. They don’t give you a time when it might be open, they don’t attempt to email you back with your question answer, nothing. It’s obvious that they just don’t care. It’s really a shame because there are 50 people in this tour group and I will be letting them know how badly my experience has gone and will definitely make a point never to recommend the app to anyone even though I traveI internationally constantly.

Invite Limit increase
Great app! Everything works really well, and I’ve had a great experience using it. The interface is smooth, the features are useful, and overall I’m very satisfied.
I have just two suggestions that I believe would make the app even better:
* Please increase the invite limit from 30 to at least 100 so users can invite more friends and help the app grow faster.
* Please increase the limit from 500 MB to 1 GB, which would make the app much more useful for users.
Other than these suggestions, everything is excellent. Keep up the great work, and thank you for building such a useful app!
