نسيت كلمة السر و تغييرها مش شغال
كل ما احاول اختار اني نسيت كلمة السر و ادخل اخر ٤ ارقام فى الرقم القومى و رقم العضرية، يطلع خطأ فى الاتصال !!
لا يسمح لي
عند اضافة الزوجة على التطبيق للاشتراك في الراعية الصحية، يتطلب تحميل صورة البطاقة الرقم القومي وش وضهر وبعد ذلك لا يسمح لي التطبيق في الحفظ والاستمرار
خطأ في تطبيق الايفون
عند الغاء التطبيق من الايفون واعادة تنصيبه - لا يمكن الدخول علي الحساب مرة اخري - يظل التطبيق محاولة انشاء حساب جديد (وهذا لا يمكن لوجود حساب بالفعل) ولا يوجد اختيار للدخول علي الحساب الحالي

لما افتح البرنامج بيقولي لازم تحديث ومش عارف استخدمه ولما اروح اعمل تحديث مش بلاقيه اصلا وبيقولي افتح البرنامج وهكذا دايرة مغلقة
