Even though my internet connection to the DVR is hard wired, the remote app is saying equipment has been off line ? Absolutely waste of time, no point having cctv without remote access !!

Honestly wish I read the reviews before using this app! It never loads and takes forever when you actually get on the app. Sort this out!

I’m home after installing these today and the app simply doesn’t work it literally never connects, I’ll be returning for a refund next week

Limited functionality. Playback is complicated to work out and no fast forward when you do. Really poor app.

Every time you try and playback it crashes on you
Needs sorting
Cameras are more off line than online. App does not like to replay any footage.
Good but could be great
App is good nice clean pictures of your cams. Works perfect with WiFi and 4G. Remote play back does not work. Crashes ever time you try this. Fix this and it will be 5 stars.
Major flaw with playback
Works ok on live view but crashes every time I try to “start playback”
