Update doesn’t work

Hi, I’ve just updated the app on my IPhone and the app won’t run now.
It just sits with a blue dot next to the icon.

Any ideas?

Dose not support current version of panels

Good app for the older versions of the panel but the app dose not work on the current software of any of their alarm panels. Had a word with their Tec help but they could not even give me a date as to when it will be updated.
