Even though my internet connection to the DVR is hard wired, the remote app is saying equipment has been off line ? Absolutely waste of time, no point having cctv without remote access !!
App doesn’t load.
Honestly wish I read the reviews before using this app! It never loads and takes forever when you actually get on the app. Sort this out!

Not fit for purpose. Doesn’t work. Esp no help at all. Don’t waste your money if you want remote viewing.
