App no longer works correctly!
Untill recently we sold these doorbells but they have now stopped sending notifications to the app on iPhones, we’ve had 20 returns in the last month all the same issue, after testing them they simply do not send alerts , we have checked the settings in the app and on our own iPhones under notifications, all are turned on but no alert comes when the bell rings, you can view the camera from the app but a doorbell that doesn’t alert you when it’s rung is pointless

Does not work
Rvdp or whatever they call it does not even come on wifi list. This is absolutely useless
Cannot connect with this system from my phone
I’ve tried about 12times to get this bell to work , you just can’t connect with the system .it will give you a notification to say someone is at the door and when you talk there is a 7second time lapse when trying to talk to the person , once you come out of it you cannot get back in it fails to connect very disappointed .

Bell won’t connect
Tried everything help page useless spent hrs on two different iPhones . Plus the app looks rubbish moved in new development option to buy this should of got a Ring . Hopefully get my money . Had to give 1 star . To send
Absolute rubbish
Doorbell rings on my device sporadically but video will not connect, despite being 3 metres from the router.
