Good luck getting this thing to work
Constantly doesn’t load or says the system is offline when it isn’t. Ridiculously hit and miss on whether it’ll work or not. Even when it does load the features as so basic it’s so difficult to operate.
Too glitchy
This app crashes at any given opportunity.
Update needed.
Constantly showing “the system has been offline” when it works it’s good but for the last six months it’s offline more than on. It’s fantastic on my tv but rubbish on the mobile. Why doesn’t it just reboot if it’s been offline. I have to delete and reinstall the whole thing from my phone. It will work then until it goes offline again

Camera quality good, awful app
The camera quality is good and the night vision great. App is terrible though. Really slow, crashes a lot and when changing to a new phone almost impossible to log in on a new device as it keeps saying unable to contact server. Considering changing the system so we can access remotely more efficiently
