Horrible service, buggy app
We ordered 2 pasta dishes and a salad for pickup via the app for a grand total (after multiple fees and tip) of ~$100. Drove downtown to pickup the order at Tavolata and got home to realize they forgot 1 of the pastas – dinner ruined. Called and they confirmed it was sitting on their counter and they’d call us back the next day to refund. Never heard from them again. We also have previously purchased gift cards we’ve unable to use due to issues with the app.

Crashes instantly
Used this a few times. Now it crashes on launch even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Mobile website also doesn’t work well and navigation is clipped.
Worked fine…until it didn’t.
Back when this app worked, my only complaint was that it was unclear when I’d successfully scanned my receipt’s QR code.

Glitchy and awful
Very glitchy. App does not link to my reservation. No way to update/edit personal info. Horrible

Please fix this. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix this.
Buggy after update
Great idea and worked fine until an update and now it crashes immediately. It’s been a week or two, hoping this review will inspire the developers to fix it.
Awful user experience
This app is terrible. I put in my credit card and it kept saying that my name was needed even though it was entered in the app. Will not be using it again
