I do not like the layout of the new app… why change something when nothing was wrong with the way it was…
Ugh
This app is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever used. It constantly freezes, crashes in the middle of simple tasks, and takes forever to load basic account information. Half the time I can’t even log in because of “technical errors.” The interface feels outdated, and it’s nearly impossible to navigate without getting frustrated. Mobile check deposits don’t process correctly, and customer support is no help—they just tell you to “try again later.” A banking app should make managing money easier, but this one makes it stressful and unreliable. Definitely not worth the headache.

Fraudulent Bank, refund my money, I applied for membership account but can’t use it, yet they took my money, I applied for a checking account and got declined, yet Essential took my money. Refund all my money cause I already requested to close my membership account, it was closed instantly, but they are yet to refund my money. Refund my money scammers

App is always down when you need it most. This app has technical difficulties at lest three times a day and it’s not just the app is the also the website. In short, don’t waste you time with this bank just bank elsewhere.
Important to support Essential and other credit unions
Essential provides good services including their app. America is too dependent on big banks. It is very important to support Credit Unions.

This app is know to have issues where my account information CANNOT be displayed and I am not able to do anything in mybank account. I can’t check my balances in my account, transfer money or anything. This issue needs to be fixed immediately

Credit card
I’d like to see my credit card Payment reflected more quickly on the app. Once you’ve paid it sometimes it will still say Pay $20 or whatever the minimum amount is. It takes quite a few days to be updated.
