You can add up to 5 trusted contacts and notify them by SMS or email. SMS notifications currently support U.S. phone numbers only. Perfect for family, friends, roommates, and emergency contacts when peace of mind matters most. How it works: 1) Add up to 5 trusted contacts 2) Choose SMS and/or email notifications 3) Set your check-in interval, such as every 24 hours, 48 hours, or a custom schedule 4) Get a reminder when it’s time 5) Tap the check-in button and you’re done Your trusted contact does not need the app to receive your check-ins.
