Works alright, some big bugs

Adding tickets to your Apple Wallet from the Etix app doesn’t work. But otherwise nice to be able to see all my tickets associated with my email address.

Cannot purchase tickets with this app

I downloaded this app to purchase tickets to an upcoming show. Shows do not populate for purchase even after creating account.

Not for buying Etix tickets

I downloaded the app and it simply tells me that I have no tickets. It does not give me any options to buy tickets for any shows. Unless I’m missing something, but it simply looks like a store Etix in which is useless since presumably I can store them on my Apple wallet

Not useful

I downloaded this to transfer my Biltmore passes to my Apple wallet. Etix says it’s not available, even though my email from the Biltmore says to add my wallet to avoid poor WiFi connection during my visit. Doesn’t even show the image of my tickets in the app. App also has no customer support access.

Doesn’t do anything

Unless you are looking for an app that just shows a totally blank screen with just the words “Server Error” on it then this app is not useful.

Useless

I purchased tickets to a concert using Etix. Unfortunately there appears to be no way to import those tickets to this app. I created an account with the same email I used to purchase the tickets, but the app says “No tickets available”. Amazing user experience. 10/10 team.

Does nothing

What is the point of this app? I have a bunch of tickets to concerts I purchased through etix. According to this app I have no tickets and there is no way to import the tickets I bought.
