Issues with ESIM
Have logged out and logged back in and newly installed eSIM does not appear in MySim an in recent orders has incorrect purchase date
So buggy!!
There are a number of problems with this app: (1) The purchase dates are not accurate; (2) When I try to purchase a recharge, I am asked to update my address (which I did) only to be told that “This email already exists. Please login.” I’m already logged in because I’m trying to buy something. (3) The information about my eSIMs is different on the website and the app. The product works well enough and the prices are good but access is really problematic. Fix the damn app!

Don’t waste your time or money, downloaded the sim following all instructions exactly. No data at all, no help through WhatsApp channel.

I read one review that said the support was poor. Incorrect!
I needed some help from their support because of something I did to mess up my esim. Etravelsim support was perfect. Response was quick, easy to understand and they were very patient with me. I am a senior, totally unfamiliar with esims and iPhones and the chat support walked me thru the problem and explained what to do to fix my issues. Highly recommended!
