Issues with ESIM
Have logged out and logged back in and newly installed eSIM does not appear in MySim an in recent orders has incorrect purchase date
So buggy!!
There are a number of problems with this app: (1) The purchase dates are not accurate; (2) When I try to purchase a recharge, I am asked to update my address (which I did) only to be told that “This email already exists. Please login.” I’m already logged in because I’m trying to buy something. (3) The information about my eSIMs is different on the website and the app. The product works well enough and the prices are good but access is really problematic. Fix the damn app!

Don’t waste your time or money, downloaded the sim following all instructions exactly. No data at all, no help through WhatsApp channel.

I read one review that said the support was poor. Incorrect!
I needed some help from their support because of something I did to mess up my esim. Etravelsim support was perfect. Response was quick, easy to understand and they were very patient with me. I am a senior, totally unfamiliar with esims and iPhones and the chat support walked me thru the problem and explained what to do to fix my issues. Highly recommended!

Terrible support
Sometimes the payment step fails. It would still charge you but won’t give you the plan. Happened to me twice. This is when you would need their support. The customer support is terrible. Very difficult to communicate. I gave up on the money I lost. I won’t use them anymore.
No Cambodia
Marketing material stated that it would work in Cambodia, but it does not.
Works perfect for seafarer
I travelled to South Africa, Mauritius, Singapore, Indonesia, Mexico, USA and is working perfect and sometimes with 5G as well. I’m surprised that even is way cheaper than other companies. Now I’m going to China, looking forward to see if this has VPN already included in there, but overall, has been perfect for Seafarer! ( I bought the seafarer plan)

Zero support
The purchased eSIM for Russia did not work. Contacted support team via the chat option and no advice received or help was offered. Extremely disappointing experience!

Spain Trip
I have purchased the esim for my spain trip, it was easy to track the usage
Bestellt, bezahlt aber nix erhalten
Karten über die App bestellt, mit PayPal bezahlt, nach dem Redirect von PayPal einen Fehler erhalten, aber keine eSIMs bekommen. Geld ist aber weg. Nun der Ärger, Geld oder eSIMszu erhalten und das ungültige Gefühl, dass die eSIMs am Urlaubsort nicht funktionieren.
Support Webseite verweist auf einen WhatsApp Chat, dieser verweist dann auf eine E-Mail. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich
Support hat keine Zahlung gefunden- wenigstens hat Paypal innerhalb von 30 Minuten erstattet.
Bestelle meine esim definitiv woanders, wobei die Firma unter vielen verschiedenen Seiten und Brands arbeitet….

! Abzocke!!! Absolutely kein Support - auch nach 4 Wochen gibt es keine Antwort oder Hilfe - Geld für gekaufte E-SIM zum Fenster rausgeschmissen - absolutes NoGo!

Excellent customer support is provided, even the plans are super affordable and no problem in recharge as well. Recently went to uk with esim

It worked perfect at first buy- first use. Then when I bought it for another trip it didn’t work at all. No one answered from support chat.
