While there are some folks just bulk buying items from China and reselling them, it’s not hard to find artists and small businesses to purchase from and I love unique items over mass produced items. I get compliments on almost everything I get off Etsy.

High shipping costs
Why are the shipping costs so high? It doesn’t cost $15 to ship a weightless item? Very disappointed!
App notifications
I sent in a request to fix the notification on the app. I honestly never thought it would bother me so much until they were kinda dude about it and basically terrible understanding of Customer Service reminds me a lot of the box top failure. Ended up deleting the app just didn’t wanna deal with it anymore. Kind of a bummer cause I really enjoy a lot of of the stuff.

Quality over who can sell what seems like a low priority! 7.5” to a buyer is very different to 7.5” to a seller!

Cart Issues
I love shopping on Etsy, but recently my cart keeps disappearing on the app. If I go through the browser, I can see my cart. I’ve searched for a resolution, which I did, and it corrected it for a very short time, however it has continuously said my cart is empty despite doing all the “fixes”. It is very frustrating because I’m trying to purchase items.

Went from 4 stars down to 2 due to Etsy not allowing you to report shops. Found a shop making patches out of the uniforms of dead soldiers and sending the funds to the nation that killed them which is EXTREMELY disrespectful. We are all humans and deserve basic respect especially when we die. If this is what Etsy allows then the people behind Etsy are equally as disgusting as the seller.

But stop breaking the rules with push notifications. Even when all are toggled off in the app, they still come through. Therefore, I disabled all in iOS settings.
