Keeps needing password

App regularly logs me out and requires me to input password. Would be ok but this also seems to change units from metric to empirical also.

WHY?!

Keeps deleting data from my history even when I clearly clicked on exactly what I want deleted. I think the app should allow you to recover deleted data.

No updates with app crashes for the last month

App support link doesn’t go anywhere useful

App has been crashing on start for the last month

Very disappointing

App keeps logging me out

The app logs me out every couple of weeks. I dont have the time to keep logging in all the time. It also doesn’t always register the weighings and it keeps changing kilos to the imperial pounds (so last century). Rather frustrating experience.

Date

The date is displayed in American with no option to display it in logical format. Doesn’t have stones option

Constantly freezes from the first version to the current version

Every time after I weigh myself, I try to look at the results on the app. Always freezes for about 10 seconds or so if I want to scroll down, if I want to hit the back button, if I want to do anything. What it does is constantly I pulls data from the scale, but it doesn’t show you any kind of hourglass or beach ball displaying that’s it’s in the middle of data collection. It just freezes and the screen is not cooperative at all. It’s terrible. There is also a deficiency between the app and the scale itself. The app will say it’s done measuring all the categories but then the scale says wait and it goes on for about another 45 seconds or so.

Pounds

No way to change to Metric measurements!

A couple issues

Difficult to read white print on aqua background or conversely. Black and white would offer more contrast. Seems to hang on checking heart rate. Dismiss the app and try again seems to work, but one shouldn’t have to do that.

Good, not great

Scale often takes a measurement without recording to app, even with app open. Also frustrating you can’t change the date format. Should know from my phone.

Fonts too small

Fonts are hard to read , too small and terrible choice of color , you can only read if you have great vision !!!!

Unusable

Goes to a blank white screen after I login. Literally unusable.

Please add this

I’ve been loving this app and eufy scale quite a bit, I think it’s been a huge motivator for me to not only lose weight but get my body comp numbers right too. The only thing I wish is that the app kept the date on the exported reports for organizational purposes. I find it difficult to add the dates post export because the document is pretty cramped as is. I like to get third part opinions on my BMI numbers so just simply adding the date to the exported document/photo would remedy a lot of confusion and friction for me.

Only for chicken eaters

I got a Eufy scale that shows details on its own screen so that I wouldn’t have to faff around with a phone in the bathroom. Only some details it turns out, so I still have to use the app.

It has decided my BMR is too low and that more protein might be advisable. “Try eating more chicken” it says. So: not expecting any vegetarian or vegan users then. Nor people like me who are not going to give money to a cruel, grossly polluting factory system that is killing my local rivers.

Otherwise OK

Good for one person

the app confuses the weights taken for the other person in your household and is now saying my boyfriend lost 20+ pounds and met his weight goal even though it’s my weight and I have my own profile made also

On the chopping block??? 🧐

I have been using this app – and scale – for six years now, and have even gotten several friends and family members to get several products. But, from what I can tell, this app may not be getting support much longer as they are no longer selling their home health — and pet care —products; I was going to share a link to some of their devices a few weeks ago, and noticed that the entire EufyLife tab — and any of the products in the category — was non-existent. This is very unfortunate, and I wish there would’ve been an email and/or app notification about this.

Oh, well.

A complete waste of money – The app is broken, making the scale useless.

I bought the Eufy P2 Pro specifically to track my body composition, but it is effectively just a standard, incredibly overpriced glass scale. The hardware might look fine, but the EufyLife app is completely broken and ruins the entire product.
To get any of the bioelectrical impedance readings (like body fat, bone mass, or muscle mass), the app requires you to save your height and date of birth in your user profile. I have tried countless times to simply input my basic details and the app just refuses to save them. Every time I hit confirm, it blanks out or discards the data.
I've tried every troubleshooting step imaginable: reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, trying different devices, and even creating secondary family profiles. Nothing works. Because the app refuses to save my profile information, the scale only ever spits out my weight and completely skips the composition analysis. It entirely defeats the purpose of buying a "smart" scale.
I spent $230 on this scale, which I will not be getting back. If you are actually looking to track your health metrics and want a product with an app that functions properly, look elsewhere. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

Annoying and inconvenient

I am very disappointed with some of the settings in this app. The body measurements are only available in metrics. You have to manually convert all of your numbers to metrics so you can enter them. also, the 3-D body model default to European girl with red hair and blue eyes. You can only change the skin tone. You cannot change the color of the eyes and you cannot change the hair color or texture. Why does everything have to default to European features they should just have a plain gray figure for the 3-D model until you go in and set what you want for the skin tone the hair color and eye color even allow you to pick some outfits that your model can wear. This is basic! Why allow just changing the skin tone!! I will write another review after using the app more but so far, it could be better. I’m entering the calorie intake but it doesn’t show what I have entered🤨

Fat cartoon

App mocks me with a fat cartoon person, so I probably will not use it. Why not give me wrinkles and gray hair, since you require my age? Doesn't matter, because it logs me out continuously and the scale doesn't record.

Map revisions are a major disappointment

The robot usually works well enough. It maps rooms, figures out a food cleaning strategy, and goes to work. Small things can clog it, etc but for the most part, it does what it’s supposed to.

The app on the other hand is a bit of a disaster. Granted, the cleaning reminders are a useful features but the constant map revisions (WHICH CANNOT BE TURNED OFF) make the robot an unreliable cleaner.

So you set up your robot to clean certain rooms but then Eufy decides one room
should really be two and so the other part is no longer on the cleaning schedule. This map self-sabotage process cannot be turned off.

Your only option is to keep logging into the Eufy app and reverting maps back to the original settings. Eufy / anker confirms this is not a bug, it’s a “feature”.

The app is a let down

The most frustrating thing is you can’t move data to another person. The scale constantly gets the people mixed up and puts the data on someone else’s profile. It doesn’t allow you to move it to someone else. Very annoying
