EUI Helpdesk

All Xperience functionalities at tap's fingertips! Thanks to EUI Helpdesk app, the helpdesk operators of the European University Institute (EUI) will be able to provide an even more advanced support service in solving the daily problems of users. Through the EUI Helpdesk app, you can access to the Xperience platform using an interface designed and optimized for the mobile experience and simplify operators interventions. The actual version of the App only allows access to the OPERATORS of the Helpdesk. In the future, USERS will also be able to log in and use the application.
