App is disappointing
The app is very clunky and quite disappointing given this company was very reliable. The drivers are nearly all very nice people but it now seems the office would prefer you don’t book by calling ( understandable) but unless the app is improved it’s difficult to see trusting it.
Patience is the key word
They picked up my daughter and they waited despite her having to wait for her food excessively! Thank you will continue to use you and your app

Booking in advance
Disappointed with the “New look” app, you can no longer book a cab in advance.
Hardly turn up, but have a monopoly on certain areas so what are you going to do

Great app, but…
It’s impossible to edit the address of pick up point. The map picks an incorrect house name, or just offers the road name and part of a post code. This wastes time for driver, the coordinator who has to ring me, and my time to explain the correct location details. Pity. Rest of it works well.
Do not trust the - accepted my job the. When I called them told me wait 45 mins
Accepted my job on the app yet when I arrived no cab. Called them and told I had to wait 45mins. Claimed they tried to call me yet left no voicemail and send no message. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Your booking is apprarntely not actually confirmed regardless of what the app says 👎
Used the app but the taxi was late
Used the app, be careful as they confirmed the pick up for 25 minutes after the booking was confirmed. The taxi did not turn up until 8 minutes after the allowed time.
Reliable service, app updates needed
The app is great in terms of reliability and being able to get a taxi. The prices are reasonable and better than those of other well known apps.
The app could do with a few updates to make it perfect though:
• develop it to work with apples latest features like widgets and up to date info on tracking cars,
• more options to contact the driver and chat with them incase you’re a bit late or need to update them about having bags or having a disability and needing more time to get to them.
• more car info and driver info.

-the tracker for the arriving cab is a bit behind (the timer itself isn’t)
-payment via card has been smooth
-appreciate the added text alerts to indicate arrival

Poor app
So apple Pay is latest issue in app. Not working.
Everytime a payment fails makes you wait 5 mins before you can try again.

Utterly useless....cancelled with little notice
I booked a cab days in advance only for it to be cancelled 2 hours before it was due.....don't bother with this app
Poor Service!
Some driver don’t speak the language and don’t know where they are going .
Almost perfect
This is a great addition to my local taxi service BUT - the txt messages are too long so one txt becomes two - not required. More annoyingly - the GPS function just doesn’t work - so it always thinks I am in a different town and I have to manually add the address. This is enormously frustrating - as I want to give the app to my kids - but I can’t trust it. Please sort this ASAP.

Iron out a few issues and it should be great
Whilst the app is effective enough to get me from A to B, there are some issues which if addressed would increase my confidence in it.
- the tracking option is slow to update and gives a delayed or unclear indication of where your driver is
- even though I’m using the app, after my booking is complete, I always receive a text suggesting me that I download it, it might be more useful to the cab firm to ask for my feedback on the trip.
- Some addresses don’t load in the location fields. The app doesn’t allow you to manually enter an address. Only a postcode - you have to use the notes to give full details to the driver.
I’m all for these kinds of apps as they help to make life easier. If a few of the issues could be ironed out this will be all the more effective option in an area where Uber has little to no presence.
