Call it rigid

Forget going from point A to point B, you will have to bring it back to point A and nothing in the checkout procedure will warn you. Customer service INEXISTENT. Cancelling now

Confusing update

The new updated app is a lot worse than before. The map is gone so you cant see the locations anymore. Other new features are not well thought out.

Bad service

Rented a vehicle for urgent errands. Arrived and the vehicle would not start because of some maintenance issue. Called their customer support and waited on the phone over 30 minutes. Eventually hung up because nobody answered.
