App Crashes
This app is unusable. It crashes all the time when ordering service and needs to be reviewed by coders. It’s absolutely terrible. Feels like it was made 10 years ago and never looked at again. Makes me question the company as a whole. Unfortunately its the only service in town. Just embarrassing

Lies about arrival times all the time, super badly designed
Badly in need of improvement
This app is ridiculously bad. When it works, it works quite well, but it’s very unreliable – even when it’s functioning, there are a lot of glitches, and at times, when you need to rely on it, it just doesn’t open, or process your request. And quite basic features – for example, resetting your password – just don’t work.
