Not too bad

Can’t buy multi-city tickets.

Double Check

Although the App is at your fingertips and convenient beware that this convenience comes at a price. The App prices are $100 more on the App than on the Web site.
Antwerp > London
App. $463
Eurostar site Online $363
Same company different applications, different prices, why? A family of four would be out $400 on their family trip unnecessarily….!!!!

Not easy

Booking online is getting more and more complicated and takes several attempts/hours as more and more hoops to complete. This booking took 2 hours to get right 🤬

Train 9329- broke down!

This is ridiculous. There is a technical issue with the train yet they still had us board it and now we are stuck! And 2 trains have already been allowed to pass us! How is this fare for Eurostar?! I want a refund for this train.
