Unable to use Eurostar vouchers from Nectar points
Appalling with no help from the site. Properly converted Nectar points into Eurostar vouchers not recognised by Eurostar; but they have no trouble accepting a card payment!

All is very good BUT
The food ( in Premier ) is embarrassingly inedible and as usual the WiFi simply doesn’t work. For people who need to do business on the train ..or even just communicate it’s totally unacceptable

Departing Paris
Every day is a school day. Rude staff, disorganized process, it’s about as bad as it can get. Gone are the days where you were great Eurostar!!!
Inaccurate information from app and staff
Very disappointing. Our train was delayed 30 minutes, and the app failed to provide clear or accurate updates. We were given four different platforms, and even after asking Eurostar staff three times to confirm, we still missed our train due to incorrect information. We arrived an hour early and did everything possible to stay informed. The app and staff communication during delays need serious improvement.

HORRIBLE Experience
NEVER take a Eurostar train from Paris to London It’s a nightmare. LONG Lines , broken escalator , immigration lines longer than the worst airport. Fly instead and you will thank your sanity !
