Won’t accept my phone number
Tried multiple times to enter my phone number to use at a charging station in Cleveland and it won’t accept my phone number. No info on the charging station except for the logo of this app
Very poor administration and unstable app
Sometimes OTP takes 2-3 attempts to come. The app fails to show the accurate status of the charger. The app can show that the charger is available, however you’ll reach the charger and find out that there is a power failure since days! They don’t respond to emails sent to customer care. My 600 rupees stuck in the app wallet and can’t do anything about it 😤 the charger network is also very limited

Worst experience every time
App interface is not simple. It’s charging station is not reliable. Maximum time it rejects charging. So u haven’t sure for charging. If you are planning trip don’t rely on EV pump chargers because very rare chance to charge ur vehicle. Also support team is unprofessional they deny ur problem not support u. They just tell to go to another charger.

Bugs issues
The app hi not working properly can’t even login into it. The bugs of this app is alot improve your bugs first
Need to fix payment options
The options for payment via UPI does not work and keeps on throwing error. Payment through net banking does not have bank HDFC.
