Works fine and very convenient
I have just charged up my car to 100% overnight at the hotel where I am staying. The hotel is at a remote location and the ChargePoint saved me a round-trip to the nearest town. The app downloaded very easily and setting up was no more challenging than any other similar app. I’m writing this review because the one star reviews that I had seen made me very concerned.
Energy price is similar to a fast charger but the convenience factor mitigates this in my opinion.

Expensive and slow
Found these at a hotel I was staying at and thought wow brilliant but £0.75 for a 7kwh charger is a complete joke!
Card payment doesn’t work
Can’t add a card payment method as others have said. Freezes once verified through bank app. No link to apple wallet either. Poor interface too.
Barely any chargers listed in London
Not enough chargers listed to be useful.
Unusable
Came to this hotel because it had a charge point. Signal good, card not expired; added payment method, but it just stuck at trying to authorise it. Therefore unusable. What a waste.
Worst charging network I’ve ever used
Without doubt the worst… the app is awful, really poor UI/UX, basic features missing such as seeing any charge details whilst a charge is in progress.
Unreliable network, only used because of Wembley Pink Parking… ridiculously expensive too at 75p/kWh for an AC charger (max 22kW)
First charge point attempted at Wembley wouldn’t work (showed unavailable in app) then eventually found a replacement that did work… was going to call support but the number on the charge point was in the Netherlands… not good enough really.
Unless going to another event at Wembley I’ll be sure to steer clear of this charging network in future. App uninstalled

Disappointing
I tried to use a charger at Eldon Square in Newcastle but there was no QR code on it and it was completely unclear what the charger’s ID was which is the only other way to identify the charger via the app. I called Customer services for help and they told me there was no one available to help and they’d send a message to the team to call me back as soon as the could. What use is that when I’m sat there at the parking space in need of a charge?
