Doesn’t always work

Most of time it doesn’t clock me in when i have it set to auto clock in. And it doesn’t always clock me out. The qr codes don’t always work right either.

QR Code not valid

I have used this App successfully for the last 5 months, but the last 3 occasions I’ve been out and have tried to use it, when I go to scan the code, it come up with invalid QR code (this was at 3 different locations)

App crashes on iPhone 6plus

Tried checking in yesterday but app crashed when attempting to scan. The scanner momentarily worked before cutting out. Tried multiple times without success. Please help.

Fix this please!

I downloaded this app because I needed it to check in for Netball. I have an iPhone 6 and whenever I go to scan my QR code it freezes the camera and takes me out of he app. This is really frustrating as now I can’t log in when I get dropped off alone I have to get someone else to sign me in. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

Group Check in could be improved

It is great that you can create multiple profiles for group check-in bit what would be even better is if you had the option to select multiple profiles to check in all at once, rather than having to still select and confirm each individual persons check-in. It still takes time when doing this for a large family group.
