AVOID! scanning doesn’t work
Ruined not one, but two corporate events trying to check in people. Complete waste of time and energy, we had to resort to using pen and paper.
The “scanner” was not working at all. It was telling all our guests their code was invalid. The interface is awful and confusing for my team to use. We tried checking in guests manually and that didn’t work either!
Avoid this app at all costs unless you’re okay with a failed check in process.

I downloaded it and it won’t let me create an account. Tried 3x then I gave up becuz I can only imagine the embarrassment it’ll be if it stops working while my guest are checking in to my event.

This app doesn’t work...avoid.
I purchased a one month license and the app worked once then stopped. It said I reached the guest limit although my account settings said otherwise. I emailed Customer service and nothing. This app ruined my check in. We had to use excel sheets for my events.
Save your money and buy a clip board. At least it will work.

Great app!
We’ve been using Qflow for our event check in for the last months after trying a few others. The check in app is very flexible, works well and the ticket scanning and guest search has proved a big hit with our door staff. Highly recommended!

Really well designed, easy to use interface. Navigation is simple and it's quick to add extra guest list info. Had great reviews from the door staff too. 10/10
The best one out there
We're using Qflow for all our events and would highly recommend it to managers for events of any scale. Super quick, easy to use, the statistics are very accurate. Even with 7k capacity venue we managed to reduce our queues to 0 thanks to Qflow.
